The pager is already in their pocket.
A code on your counter gives each customer a number. When the order is ready you tap once, and their phone rings wherever they are sitting.
No app to download. Nothing to buy, nothing to charge. No subscription to start. Made in Lebanon.
This is your customer's screen. Tap to watch it ring.
Dawrak replaces the plastic buzzers a counter hands out. The customer gets a number on their own phone, and that phone rings when the order is ready. Built for the places where calling a name does not reach: a terrace, a queue out the door, a full room.
Watch it happen.
The customer orders and pays exactly as before. One code stays taped to the counter and never changes. Scroll, and the phone follows along.
They point their camera at the counter.
No app store, no signup, no phone number. The camera they already use opens a page, and the page gives them a number.
They say twenty-seven. You write it on the order.
On the cup, the bag, the box, the receipt, wherever you write a name today. That is the only habit on your side that changes, and it is the whole training.
You tap Ready. Their pocket lights up.
From any phone behind the counter. Their screen turns orange and rings, outside on the terrace or with the screen locked in their hand.
Against the buzzers you were quoted.
| Dawrak | Buzzer pucks | |
|---|---|---|
| Up-front cost | A printed code | A set of devices, plus spares |
| Daily work | None | Charging, wiping, collecting |
| Range | Anywhere with signal, including outside | Inside the shop, roughly |
| Walking out the door | Nothing leaves your hand | Every puck is one you might not see again |
Three limits, said out loud.
Every supplier has them. Most let you discover them yourself, in the middle of your busiest hour. Here they are in advance, with what your counter screen does about each one.
-
The tab stays open in the background
They can lock the phone and put it in their pocket. They can open Instagram, answer a call, do anything. The Dawrak tab just has to stay open behind it. If they close the tab we cannot reach them, so their screen warns them, and yours marks that number for calling out loud.
-
Both phones need internet
Yours and theirs. Ordinary data or your wifi is enough, but nothing works offline. If your area loses signal often, a buzzer is the honest answer.
-
Not every customer turns their sound on
We play a test ring and ask them whether they heard it. If they didn't, your screen says so, and you call that number the old way.
Especially where calling a name does not work.
If the waiting area is outside, or upstairs, or just loud and full, shouting a number is not a system. That is where this earns its place, and it is the same wherever a counter has people waiting out of earshot.

And a review, at the one moment they are happy.
The order is in their hand and they are still holding their phone. That is when your screen thanks them and offers to take them straight to your Google review page. One tap, already on the right page, no searching for your shop.
And if something went wrong, your WhatsApp is right there under it. They tell you, while they are still in front of you and you can still fix it.
No charge to start.
Put it on your counter and use it. Nothing to pay to start, no subscription and no setup fee. We agree a price with you later, once it has earned one. If it does not suit you, we take the code off the counter and you owe nothing.
Today
No subscription, no commitment, no setup fee. We send the printed code and your counter link.
Afterwards
A yearly subscription, agreed with you after you have used it, not before.
What you need to buy
Nothing. Any phone behind the counter, and the code we print for you.
Questions we get.
Does the customer have to install anything?
No. Their camera opens a page with their number on it. No app store, no account, no phone number.
Does it ring with the screen locked?
Yes, on both. It rings through a locked screen, and on iPhone it rings with the silent switch on. The page has to still be open behind the lock.
What if they never come to collect?
It rings again by itself. You can also ring it again, or send a louder alert, from your screen.
Does it connect to my till?
No. A printed code and a link on a phone. Nothing touches the system you already run, so there is nothing to install or integrate.
What do you store about my customers?
A number and two timestamps. No name, no phone number, no email, no location, no advertising cookies.
Can I use my own colour?
Yes. The waiting and ready screens carry your colour and your name, so your customer sees your shop, not ours.
